RHODIUM only has a 1-star review on Trustpilot with many customer reporting that they were sold additional insurance products they felt they didn’t need. Only around 2 per cent of customers thought the service was excellent. On other comparison sites the company is low down the list at number 15 out of the rental companies based at the airport. What insurance is included?

Basic insurance cover consists of partial damage cover. If you choose the basic insurance, you will pay an excess in the event of any claim, and you must leave a deposit.

What additional cover is there?

The Super Relax Cover reduces the excess to zero and includes roadside assistance. A deposit is not required with this cover.

What extras are available?

Mi-Fi, GPS, additional driver, baby seat, toddler seat, child seat. Luggage racks are not allowed.

Are there any restrictions?

The minimum driver age is 19. Drivers between 19 and 24 must pay a young driver fee. All drivers must have a driving licence for at least 12 months. There is a mileage limit depending on the number of days you are renting the vehicle, see the T&Cs for more details.

Reservations are made using the form above. You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours prior to collection, but make sure you check the terms and conditions for your rental. You can extend your contract if you go to the office in person.
